Avoiding torture

This morning I walked in to PAO offices and witnessed a distressing scene. One unfortunate PAO staffer was being harangued by what was possibly an agent from the forces of darkness. While I was appalled by the treatment he was receiving at the hands of the enemy, I could not compel myself to assist him for fear I would be sucked in to the morass. Besides, I have to listen to a guy with a hat ALL DAY LONG. But what should you do? We have compiled the following instructions:
Let us say that you have been captured and threatened with torture. You are, for whatever reason, entirely willing to betray the information you hold. Your primary goal is to avoid pain, and perhaps you positively want to squeal. How should you present what you know? I see a few options:
