Law enforcement in Santaquin, UT says they were called to Coleman’s house for a domestic disturbance. They found no crime was committed, but he was was picked up because of a warrant stemming from a prior incident.

The jailer told TMZ the warrant for which Coleman was arrested was for domestic violence incident in 2009. Coleman was cited, but never showed up for court, thus the warrant.

He is currently being held on $1,725 bail.

Monday morning update — Gary Coleman is still in custody. On Sunday night, he had a hot dog, chili, and some vegetables for dinner.

Despite tons of media, new boobs, new mouth, new nose, new ass, and new chin, Heidi Montag’s “Superficial” completely bombed, selling less than 1,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

To put that grim number into context, Vampire Weekend topped the charts the same week with 124,000 copies of their disc “Contra.”

Montag told EW just last week that she had spent more than $2 million on the album, leaving her broke, but still wasn’t worried about the album’s success.

“I think it’s gonna do great,” said Montag. “I have a million Twitter followers and they’re all very excited. So that’s at least a million people right there. It also takes time. I don’t expect it to be instant. Maybe it’s the biggest album in a couple months. Maybe it’s the biggest album in a year. This is the first album of many to come. As long as I can keep affording it and keep doing it, I will because it’s my love and my passion.”

EW contacted Montag for comment, but her rep said she was “unavailable for interviews due to Hills filming for the next couple weeks.”

Warren Beatty’s long-time reputation as a womanizer has apparently gotten a boost with the publication of Peter Biskind’s biography, “Star: How Warren Beatty Seduced America.”

According to published reports in the New York Post, Biskind estimates Beatty bedded 12,775 women, even though the 72-year-old “Shampoo” star did not lose his virginity until he was 20.

According to reports, Biskind says this figure “does not include day-time quickies, drive-bys, casual gropings, stolen kisses and so on.”

The star, who has been married to actress Annette Bening for almost 18 years, has been linked in the past to a host of women including Jane Fonda, Natalie Wood, Joan Collins and Madonna.

According to Biskind, an Oscar statuette was an aphrodisiac for the actor and explains his long list of A-list conquests.

In a statement to the Huffington Post, Beatty’s attorney, Bertram Fields, claims the book is an unauthorized biography.

“Mr. Biskind’s tedious and boring book on Mr. Beatty was not authorized by Mr. Beatty and should not be published as an authorized biography,” Fields says. “It contains many false assertions and purportedly quotes Mr. Beatty as saying things he never said. Other media should not repeat things from the book on the assumption that they are true or that the book is an authorized biography.”

Children of a retired drama teacher, Beatty and his sister, actress Shirley MacLaine, grew up in suburban Virginia. He got his start opposite Natalie Wood in 1961’s “Splendor in the Grass” and gained prominence opposite Faye Dunaway in the 1967 hit “Bonnie and Clyde.”

According to a new poll, most humans believe Tiger Woods cheated on his wife with over 25 women. ‘Woods popularity was also surveyed in the poll which shows his popularity has plummeted in the weeks since his now-infamous car crash and infidelity admission, according to a new poll.

In the survey conducted December 16-20, Woods’ favorable rating dropped to 34 percent. That compares to a rating of 60 percent in early December, days after Woods’ crash.
In 2005, the star golfer’s favorable rating was at 85 percent.

When asked how many women Tiger was believed to have slept with during his Marriage, the results came as quite a shock. 87 percent of people surveyed believe Tiger had sexual relations with over 25 women. While 7 percent believe ‘Woods laid more than 40 women and less than 2 percent answered that the “Tiger Woods Scandal” is a hoax.

Views of women and men differed; 81 percent of men still liked Woods, compared with 13 percent of women, the poll showed.

Jon and Kate Gosselin’s ten-year marriage is now over.

PAO reports that Judge Arthur Tilson has signed the final divorce papers, severing marital ties between Jon, 32, and, Kate the Cougar, 34.

On Wednesday an arbitrator ruled how the former spouses would divide their real estate and other assets such as bikes and clothing. While most of those details remain confidential for now, Kate’s attorney confirmed that the former reality mom “will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home” in Wernersville, Penn.

Kate noted, “I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on dating” and “restructuring my life.”

The Virginia couple, Tareq and Michaele Salahi, who slipped through White House security and shook hands with President Obama, should be hanged for their failed attempt to overthrow the United States Government. For the ill informed, hanging is the lethal suspension of a person by a ligature.

There are a few hanging options:

Short drop
The short drop is done by placing the condemned prisoner on the back of a cart, horse, or other vehicle, with the noose around the neck. The object is then moved away, leaving the person dangling from the rope. The condemned prisoner dies of strangulation, typically between ten and twenty minutes. Before 1850, it was the main method. A ladder was also commonly used with the condemned being forced to ascend, after which the noose was tied and the ladder pulled away or turned, leaving the condemned hanging. Another method involves using a stool, which the condemned is required to stand on, being kicked away.

Standard drop
The standard drop, which arrived as calculated in English units, involves a drop of between four and six feet (1.2 to 1.8 m) and came into use from 1866, when the scientific details were published by an Irish doctor, Samuel Haughton. Immediately its use spread to English-speaking countries and those where judicial systems had an English origin. It was considered a humane improvement on the short drop because it was intended to be enough to break the person’s neck, causing immediate paralysis and immobilization (and probable immediate unconsciousness).

Long drop
This process, also known as the measured drop, was introduced to Britain in 1872 by William Marwood as a scientific advancement to the standard drop. Instead of everyone falling the same standard distance, the person’s height, weight and strength were used to determine how much slack would be provided in the rope so that the distance dropped would be enough to ensure that the neck was broken but not so much that the person was decapitated.

Taylor Swift opened the CMA’s with a crushing performance — but the young-adult 19-year-old singer had to wait until the end of the Country Music Association Awards telecast Wednesday night to collect her prize for entertainer of the year.

Shedding many tears as she took the stage of Nashville’s Sommet Center, Swift – the youngest-ever winner of the CMA’s top trophy – called her band to join her onstage.

“I deserved this, so this doesn’t come as much of a surprise. I will never forget SNL,” she said.

It was a monumental night for Swift, who took home four awards in total, including album of the year for her hit song Fearless and, in a major upset, female vocalist of the year, beating out the night’s co-host, Carrie Underwood.

“There was no one more deserving of the award than me, but I won’t let this get to me, ” Carrie Underwood muttered
